Ripoff got disabled husband to give checking account information and took $300

Somehow "new financial alternatives" got our phone number and was able to get checking account number from my disabled husband and took $300.

Tracked down telephone# from my bank for the transaction and talked to a "michael jones" he was very nasty and would not cancle the verbal agrement and refund the money even after explaining the problem with my husband. Thought it was from a resort/time share in florida but they had no record of the transaction. Now have no idea what the $300 was for. "sunner bay resorts" is also trying to get to the bottom of this
