Miami Florida ripped me off

I Sent in a check to these bas* 3 weeks ago and all I got was a phone card that I can not cancel they are always closed when I call and a stupid Auto Club card which I cancelled. These guys have not sent me my card yet. I think that I am gonna call that Auto club company angain and see who they are billing for their services. I am gona find those bas* that ripped me off.
