Ripoff! This bank is a total rip-off with hidden fees and charges. Someone needs to stop these demons

I have been paying on my credit card for over 8 months without using it even once and the amount has not gone down, they have hidden fees and charges that are astronomical, I personally can't believe that the government will allow these types of predator banks to exsist. Someone needs to stop these demons. If someone, anyone has any insight as what to do about these predators please do so.
