Sherman Aquisition
Carrying deliquent accouts that are 14 years old. Ripoff!

Business & Finance

At first they appeared on my Credit report and Sears. These accounts were opened in 1986 and have been deliqent since 1990. I have written Transunion and FTC reguarding these account. One time one of the account were deleted and recently it has been re added. According to FTC, these account are only to remain on your records for seven years from the date of deliquency.

How can Sherman Aquistion continue to reopen accounts without my knowledge or me even seeing a contract? It clearly states in The Fair Credit Reporting Act under 605 c.

This was a matter during my divorce suit in 1992, that's how long I have been divorce.in 1994, my credit was great, because I brought a brand new vehicle and turned around in 1996 before coming overseas, approved again with outstanding credit for the purchase of another vehicle.

You can look at my credit history and see both of those vechile were pay off.

I don't know where to turn but currenly I have a re investigation on my credit report from Tranaunion. This was after I wrote FTC.

What assistance can you provide.
