NSF Fees Forclosure with no notice Un-Answered messages

I was 2 months behind in my mortgag and I keep getting charged a NSF fee of $20 when I've allways paid with a money order ever since I bought the house in 2003. Isn't a NSF for bounced checks? How can you bounce a money order? I called Homecomings to see if their was something they could do as far as a Forebearance and the gentleman said no! This past Sunday 2/6/05 I received a knock at my door serverd with FORECLOSURE papers.

Not at anythime was I ever told or sent any documents stating that I was in danger with foreclosure.

I have come up with Homecomings Financial's GIG!!!

1. You get behind, they don't care about your situation-firstly
2. They hope you do get behind and here's why
3. We call trying to work out a deal to save our homes
4. They send us this bogus "financial package" to re-evaluate our finances.
5.in the mean time there are putting us into FORECLOSURE
6. When we get the paperwork we feel helpless so we prematurly enter into these exstortion payments that we really can't afford because if we could our mortgages would not be late.
7. We would have purchased nicer homes paying more money.
8. We can't get refinanced because of the bogus info that they report to the credit co's.
9. We have no choice but to pay their outrageous fees or file bankruptcy before the sheriff comes and takes our homes.

In closing that is what my family is now forced to do!!!

So don't be discouraged or dismayed, God has the final say!!!
