Now it would seem that there are a number of people whom have been taken in by the promises of high and regular returns on monies invested into Wells Capital Incorporated's Wells Real Estate Investmetn Incorporated, or better known as Wells REIT.

The website has an actual recording of one of the executive branch, Chief of Staff Randy Fretz, and also vice president of the Wells REIT, actually offering an outright and blatant lie hoping to detour efforts alleged if in fact something was not done.
