Systems Visa Sales Rep Lied! Ripoff!

I read "three-year non-cancelable" Lee Tusburg, Visa sales rep said "oh, if it doesn't work out just call me, " i'll fix it (or anther words to imply release of obligation of the terms of the contract. Now I get law suit threats

Anxious to get my new business started, the Sage Inn Restaurant, I signed the vias equipment lease agreement on the sales rep's word that he would cancel it with a phone call. Two months later, when the business failed I called him with notice. His response was less than warm, and certainly evasive.

I then faxed him asking exactly what was up? He did not respond to the fax. About thirty days later I received a call from Northern Leasing Systems that my account was overdue and I better payup or they will ruin my credit and bring suit. Feeback from a person other than myself who discussed the issue with Lee, is that I should continue to pay the lease rates until it is convenient for him to "sub-lease" it. Not going to do it.
