New Credit Financial Alternatives Aka LGS Financial ripoff, not even licensed in florida! Takes advantage of young people!

I am in awe that companies like this get away with what they do! It all started with a call from such a nice man. He made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had, even gave me a phone number directly to him (did it work? No, but its the thought that counts right?) well I gave him the information that he asked for because he made me think that he was my only hope to ever get any credit. What a fast talker!

I called my father 5 minutes after I got off the phone with him and my father told me it was not a good idea and that I should call back immediately! So I did, but of course they couldn't help me because the information wasn't in the system yet. I called back the very next morning! Talked to a young man who scared me he was so rude. He told me "I told you that I canceled the account and that the money will not be taken out of your account" The money being the 300 dollars they said it would take to begin my account.

I hung up with Mr. Customer Service and called the same number again just to make sure my account was canceled with another customer service rep. He was no sweetheart either. I was assured though that my account was safe and I had nothing to worry about!

BOY was he wrong, on the first of feb. They STOLE 300 dollars from me. After they had given me a cancelation number for reference and assured me they wouldn't, they did! I bounced checks and spent a whole day out of work trying to fix everything so no more checks would bounce. It was not authorized and they had no right to steal it from me! Rest assured that I am doing something about this! These companies think that just because People like me can be tricked that we don't know how to fight back... We do!

This company is nothing but rude and ignorant coniving losers all trying to steal the money of hard working people like myself! DO NOT be fooled by them! It cost me a day of work, cancelled checks, my credit, and now hoping that they havn't sold my information to anyone else! Please let me know if there is anyone else out there who were tricked by them! Or am i the only one??? NOTHING BUT THIEVES!
