GE Capital Credit ripoff - billed for something I didn't buy

I started receiving the bills several months ago. I did not buy anything from the company they are representing. Every month they add another late fee.
I have written several letters asking what was purchased and when. I get no answer, just another bill the next month. It seems that there should be something that could be done about this kind of action.
