Office of thrifts won't help against Ripoff

I was charged late fees for payments I didn't make late
I sent them certified mail. Sounds easy to correct WRONG
I sent copys to Ocwen And office of thrifts I still was
charged the charges even showing they were recieved on time
Fire everyone at office of thrifts. Put employees of Ocwen in
Jail.
