App Shows $298.78 Due, Rep Quotes Three Different Amounts

When I view the app, it says $298.78 is due on 11/20/26, with no other amounts due. I had called to make payment arrangements and got an extension. At that time I was told I would need to pay $800 by the 20th.
I called again, and the customer service person gave me three different amounts, none of them visible on the app, and told me, "We can only see it on our end." She could not give me an actual amount or explain why this information is not disclosed to me.
