Account Closed Right After Social Security Deposit, No Refund for Weeks

My account was closed after receiving my Social Security benefits. I called and was told the account was closed. I asked why and was never given a straight answer. It was my only source of income, and I was unable to pay bills or buy food. I went 2 months living on peanut butter and any food I could get from the food bank. I lost 30 pounds in those 2 months. I wasn't able to pay rent or electric, and I couldn't catch up on my bills, so now I have to live with my brother in a one-bedroom apartment.

I use a walker and can't get around. We have no car or any other transportation. They keep telling me a refund check was mailed to me - that was over a month ago. I can't get anyone on the phone or by email. They have destroyed my life. May they rot in hell. Anyone using their services will be screwed eventually. Beware.
