Took a $5,000 deposit in 2024 and Never Completed Job 2026 (A 3-month job has turned into 1 1/2 years still incomplete)

JOB NOT COMPLETED AFTER 1 1/2 YEARS

If you value your time and money, steer clear of this company for any job. Frank Olivo of F.J. Environmental, LLC has been unreliable and unprofessional for the last 17 months. After receiving a $5k deposit from me in August 2022 to start a soil remediation project at a home I planned to sell, it took him roughly six months just to begin the work. Now, 17 months later, the project is still unfinished with no end in sight. I could only sell my home by putting thousands of dollars into an escrow account that remains untouched. He’s spent most of the time making excuses and taking other jobs instead of completing mine. Working with him has been a nightmare, with multiple so-called timelines given to me and my attorney that turned out to be bogus. Save yourself the trouble and find a contractor who actually finishes what they start. I truly regret hiring him.
