We purchased a bed from this company and after about a month of owning one of their "High End" beds (the R9), we started noticing sinking depressions that we were falling into while sleeping which caused us to toss and turn all throughout the night and wake up with major back and arm pain. We can no longer sleep on our stomach due to the lack of support and if we do end up in that position, our backs get that hyper extended feeling. We haven't had a good nights sleep since owning this bed. We are so frustrated that we are basically stuck with this mattress and after thousands of dollars spent we still can't get a good nights sleep. We are sick that we wasted our hard earned money that we had been saving for just thinking we were finally going to get a good quality bed. Boy were we wrong! We have been in contact with the OWNER, Brian of the company from the beginning of our situation. After a bit of back and forth he decided he didn't want to "mess with us" any longer... so he just started flat out ignoring our many emails, phone calls and voice mails. I guess that shows exactly what they think of their customers and their sleep comfort. They have your money, so they don't really care about your comfort or sleep after that. We asked for a refund and were told no. We offered to return it for over $1, 000 less than what we paid for it just trying to recoup some of our cost, and again were told no. Then we were just ignored. The lack of support, quality and overall care has been very disappointing. I would encourage anyone looking for a bed to buy with confidence from a company you know will stand behind their product. Look for one with a sleep guarantee and a proven track record of customer service. I unfortunately could never recommend Joplimo to anyone. We really wanted to make this work but unfortunately, our sleep was not of their utmost concern. There are many more details from our experience we could share, but don't want to get too in depth. Joplimo will have a response; of which I'm sure will not have all of the details to what actually happened. Just like they did when I questioned a few of the poor reviews I'd seen on other websites. Again, buy from a company that will stand behind their mattress and offer a FULL refund or sleep guarantee, too many high quality companies today are making that the standard. Don't settle, you will be so disappointed!

-Update- We are having to replace the "FOREVER" bed ONE year later. They took away our lifetime warranty after it was purchased. They got our money. ~ It has been a year since I wrote in last and a year of AWFUL sleep! We have put off buying another mattress because we spent so much on this one. But we had no choice, our backs were killing us and since they refused to fix the bed or give us any of our money back we finally could stand it any longer bought another bed. It makes us sick that we wasted that much with this company!! I wish I could post a picture, you could see the 2 holes we are forced to sleep in. Buyers beware, apparently they can pull the lifetime warranty from you if they decide you are being a hassle. Which is the selling point they used to get us to buy their bed... it's forever! No, no it's not!
