Lee Andrew Myers from The Group MPP www.thegroupmpp.com in New York is a scam artist and a fraud, in my opinion.

The middle of June we were brought an opportunity by someone we trust to lend a small amount of money to Lee Andrew Myers of the Group MPP. Lee Andrew Myers had WW2 memorabilia that he was using as collateral to secure a loan. We saw all the documents; an AIG insurance policy etc and we were told all the money would go into a lawyers trust. The deal was 100% and would close in 5 days but needed the money to pay the AIG insurance policy to secure the loan. It seemed odd to me that someone in the film industry needed a small amount of money for this and couldn’t pay the bill himself.

We trust our friend who introduced it to us and we believed all the documents were real, but more importantly we were told that a lawyer would hold the money and if the loan didn’t get approved then we would get our money back right away.

It’s been 6 months, we’ve asked continuously for our money back and for a letter from the lawyer showing the money is held in trust.

Lee Andrew Myers is not responding. Clearly we’ve been a victim of a scam and we believe Lee Andrew Myers is a fraud artist.

We’ve hired an attorney in New York and will be filing a criminal complaint of fraud with the FBI but I also wanted to see if anyone else out there has also been scammed or is a victim of Lee Andrew Myers and his Group MPP.
