Son Sued Retired Father for Home Valued at 275K

Reference lawsuit 09 LM 3759. Case where the son lived at 425 Park Street, Manhattan. Paid no rent ever. He sued the father for the property as he was retired and living in another state and manipulated a home valued at 275K right out from underneath his father, who owned the house free and clear since 1976 according to public records in Illinois.

Beware of this scum. His background records show multiple DUI arrests, multiple battery arrests, public intoxication, driving without a valid driver's license... and the list goes on.

What's amazing is that this guy Anthony Fehrenbacher will rip off you, seniors and family, and get away scot-free.

If you deal with this guy think twice, he will rip you off, and if drinking he will probably try to beat you up... and then drive off.

Looks like the attorney he has the most trouble with is Tim McGrath, Manhattan.

The good news is he is not a good criminal; he keeps getting caught according to public records. Just beware and think twice should you work with this clown or have him do work for you. Beware.
