Payout request ignored for weeks, told to be patient

I'm an account holder of GCI... after a few days & trades now. When I ask for a payout of my money, they just ignore it... they keep telling me to have patience... for weeks. But don't pay...
They are financial fraudsters...
I'm a resident of India. I heard a lot about the law in USA... if that's really true, let's see how they can help me from these culprits cheating their own country people & others...
I feel America is no less corrupted...
