Online Egift Card Credit of $200 Sent to Someone Else

Now I have been redecorating my home and Walmart was my favorite store. I have spent thousands of dollars there, well over $1000 a month. Some orders I place online, which means I am approved for some egift cards from them. I received a receipt to my online account that I have $200 from them as a free credit. Walmart emailed my $200 to someone way upstate. So I get the receipt and she gets my $200.

Now they tell me that because it was free money they can't do anything. Hello, it's not free money to me when I'm spending this amount with y'all in store and out. Now every time I get free credits for ordering all the things that I do, my free credits go to someone else. This is the worst thing I ever started doing... ordering from this company that makes so much money, mostly from me, and I get treated terribly. Sad business, and I will be putting this information everywhere just to let people know that the money is going elsewhere and they say that they can't refund free money!!! This money is not free to me, I earned it.
