I had a automated message on my phone saying they had a very important business matter to discuss with me for me to call 800-488-3213. I called the number the man said is this Jessica? I said yes and he said you have a debt of $40.97. How would you like to take care of this? The representative never verified the last 4 of my ssn or verified my address.

Anyone could have called in and said they were me to see what the message was for. He said how would you like to take care of this? I said I will take care of it when iI get the money and the rep hung up on me.

I called back. He would not give me a name nor an address. When I asked what the company name was, he said rma and hung up on me. To me that is not professional and something needs to be done. He could have released all of my information to a family relative and that is confidential information.

Can someone please do something about this company
