I filed a claim in May on repair of my AC unit. Colonial sent me two AC companies who they said could do the repair. Both companies said they would not work for this company as they were not paid for their work. (David) told me to get someone to fix the AC and send them a bill. I do so and have been hasseled for 5 months with every excuse they could come up with, They will not call you about the claim but just waite until you call them. These folks are COM MEN for sure. Plain Crooks. Please do not waste you money on their warranty. The will not pay. Someone need to file a Class action Suit against them. Crooks they are...
