Auction house ripped me off!

I used Chamblee auction house in Rockdale, Illinois for an estate sale of my father's belongings; they carted everything off without doing an inventory, and months later I had not received a check from them. Ended up going to retrieve his belongings; didn't get paid for some of them and some things simply disappeared. Took advantage of a sad situation! Do not use them!!!
