Ripoff! Dishonest, misleading regarding pay back information, told 4 different things by 4 different people. Nationwide

I borrowed money till pay day from this company. I agreed to the fees. I was asked when my next pay day was which was 1-12-05. I told them I get paid by check. I recieved a call at work on the 13 saying I bounced my payment. I called my bank on the 13 and they informed that the company requested payment at 8:19am an hour and 11 mins. Before my bank opened.

I called the company back and asked when they requested payment and was told not till 12 pm on the 12 they lied.
I then spoke with a supervisor regarding this matter and was told that they process this at 12 am on the 12 I was never told this and now they are charging me 20.00 more and I also i have to pay a fee to the back since I was not going to able to deposit my check till the bank opened at 9:30 am which I did.

I could I have my pay check in the bank at 12 am when they are not open and I get my check at 9 am. I was also told that I should have told them that my payday was on the 13 not the 12 so they wanted me to lie also
