I am a single mother of two. Had one older son who died. Lost everything in a fire. I have nothing. Centurian Financial Benefit Services promised a brighter future. I refused so they gave me some #'s in case I changed my mind. They were persistant callers. They had my private information anyway and took $249.00 and a Non-sufficient Fund fee from my bank account on Jan 3rd.
This was not at my approval. I signed nothing. I did not approve anything. My children and I are not able to get food and the local food banks are tapped out due to the Tsunami's and local need being at a peak high. I have no home and will lose my vehicle soon due to this company. I am dependant on the school food program to provide them all their nutrician at this time. It's hardest on weekends when they are starving. And so am I.
I have filed an affidavid of fraud form in accordance with the Federal Regulation E form at my bank. But nothing has happened since. This must be done within 60 days. ANy help would be greatly appreciated and I would like to go very public with this on every talk show in America and evry News Station as well. When your in dire straights this just makes the darkness much worse. I'm in a terrible depression and so are my children. I hope we don't die because of these people and this situation. Starving is a serious issue. So is having a plaace to call home, and a vehicle to get to your job.
MOst Sincerely,
Stephanie
