Ripoff! I gave them $300 and they disappeared

I was trying to purchase a home in augast of 2003 and so i contacted the money tree mortgage company. I went thru all the paper work and got everything filled out and then the man that was helping me told me that i hed to send $300.00 to complete the forms. I did as i was told and then i waited and i am still waiting today. I have been waiting for over a year now and i have tried several times to contact them with no response.
