It takes HRS more than 10 days to process your payment! It is ridiculous considering that other credit card companies can do it in half of the time. They then pocket the late fee and do not give their customers the opportunity to pay their bill online! For a company with so many unhappy consumers you would think they would change their inadequate system of receiving payments. They should, before they lose more customers. I have had it with them!
