Ripoff

I was billed twice for 79.95 once in Feb then again in Jan 05. My wife apparently signed up for this service and cancelled some time ago but we are being billed. The people at the company ask way too much personal information for me to trust them at all. We cancelled her card to stop the payments but we are out over $150.00 for nothing! Never an e-mail nothing. They won't even tell you what they do for you over the phone only that they provide you monitoring yeah some good that does.
