In early 2003 Keth, a friend of mine, approached me with a debt elimination process. Keth was working for Greg Barrett and Nick Rozell at Capital Resource Group (CRG) now Global Financial Solutions (GFS). Because he was a friend and I was in a bit of financial distress I accepted this offer and signed a contract to hire CRG to perform a debt elimination for me. There was an upfront fee of $7550 which I obtained by selling my car and buying something less expensive. I was assured this was 100% legal by both Keth and Greg.
The process was to obtain Arbitration awards from a company called Commercial Arbitration Forum. CRG then hired Tech Solutions based in Emmett, ID to outsource the award confirmation process. Tech Solutions used Estella Tan Bushnell & Associates a law firm in San Mateo, CA to supposedly obtain judgments for each award. This process was to take 3-5 months.
As of right now I have 4 worthless arbitration awards and am paying on all 4 accounts in excess of my monthly mortgage. My once excellent credit is now trashed, there is one Judgment against me and one that has been stayed as long as I pay. Every attempt to contact Keth, Greg, Nick or anyone at CRG or GFS has been ignored.in my last contact with Keth he told me to file for bankruptcy, he also told me that any attempt to sue CRG or any of its employees would be fruitless as they would just file bankruptcy themselves and not pay. After hiring a lawyer and doing some digging we have found that this is a scam that has affected many people across the country. Here are 4 resources:

My lawyer has also found another victim in Pasco, WA. These are just a couple of people who have come forward, there are hundreds and maybe even thousands more out there who have been scammed by Greg and Nick. Jay Neeley at Tech Solutions told me that he had over 900 awards sent to him in one batch from Greg. I am including all contact information I have for every person and company involved in this scam. Be ware of these people! If you read this and have been scammed by any of these people or know of someone who has I encourage you to report it to all your local authorities as well as any federal authority that will listen. These people need to be stopped and to do that we victims need to speak out.
