Scam, fraud, took my money

I trusted Blue Tax to solve my IRS problems because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau. After speaking with them on the phone, they assured me they could half what I owed the IRS as well as stop the IRS from further collecting from me. All I had to do was pay them a fee, so I did. After they had my money I waited, and waited, and nothing ever happened. The IRS continued their collections and told me that nobody had been in touch with them on my behalf. I called Blue Tax and was furious and wanted my money back and the more or less told me to go F myself. I am so upset and hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
