These thieves, OCWEN, have inflicted everything in the other postings on this site to me. They are comitting fraud!

My mortgage on my home and business (Bed&Breakfast) was sold to Ocwen in 2001. It is noe 2004 and their lawyers have avoided accounting for over-payment of my account.

They have added forced-placed insurance for all these years despite over 30 letters from my insurance company informing them that I have maitained continuos coverage.

Don't waste your time with their reps. I was promised in 2001 that I would receive an accounting within three months. When the Rep. Handling my account put an apology whith the statement ("We, Ocwen, have really screwed up) in writing He was Fired.

I have kept my lawsuit with these bastards alive despite the numerous demurrers filed by Moss Codolis / Fred Winters Irvine Ca. My case is now before the California Supreme Court.

Be warned if you file a lawsuit that Ocwen's attorneys will use even a spelling error to file a demurrer.

They, Ocwen, contacted my 2nd mortgage company and encouraged them to foreclose on my home.

WHERE IS THE FEDERAL THRIFT SUPERVISION IN ALL THIS. After $80,000 in legal fees and four years of pure hell: It wasn't until one of my lawyers read this web-site that anyone believed me.

I am sending a complaint to the Federal Thrift Supervision, Garden City, New Jersey.

I am making my Governor, Senators, and Representatives aware of the thousands of homeowners who are being cheated and threatened with the loss of their homes.
