Liberty benefits package freaken' rip off liars

The company send out this card saying i would get a card with a credit limit of $3500 to $5000. I decided to go for it and send in a money order to this f*en company in november and now its febuary and it has not shown yet. I tried to reach the customer service center but every time i call it gives me a busy tone. I was wondering if anybody read this, could we bring them to court for false advertisment and lying to us? Please i'm really f*cken piss-off and ready to go kick some ass.
