Ripoff charged interest after property was sold until they entered the payment days after it was recieved got my insurance cancelled forcing me to by theirs at double the cost

Is anyone going to be able to help the victums of this company. This company is very unethical and in my opinion criminal in their actions. They caused my insurace company to cancel my policy by sending them a letter stating the property was vacant. However 3 our of 4 units were occupied and i faxed my leases to the insurance company but they still needed a letter from EMC asking to reinstate it. This started in September and it is almost Jan and i am still dealing with this mess. I now have to pay their company double the cost of my previous insurance premium. This cannot be legal and they know it is not. But they also know the small amounts they steal from us is not enough to go to court over.

I unfortunately had 2 buildings with them. I sold one in Oct at my closing i had a payoff that did not reflect a payment that was made but to do the closing i had to agree to that figure and was told EMC would refund they extra payment. However it took about 45 days and numerous call to get the money. They also held out 5 extra days of interest because they said they did not get it posted to the acct until 5 days later. What a joke and totally illegal but again only amounted to a few 100 dallars so not worth the cost of a lawyer. Someone has to help us stop this company from this illegal crap.
