I have been trying to get a superviosr or manager from this company for 2 months now. Every time I call the idot customer service reps won't let me talk to one. They are extremely rude. They laugh & tell me to get over it. I don't even have an account in collections & need to talk with them about a past account from over a year ago. I tried to explain the situation & the reps say, "You're not in the system what do you want me to do."
I am trying to just get a statement to say I paid them. These guys are fake, they stole my money, now they act like I don't exist.
BEWARE!!! Don't send any momey to them! Change your phone#!
