Telemarketing rip-off! I have yet to recieve any money or goods and it's been 2 months

I was approached by telephone at the end of october by a man whom sold me on a great too good to be true deal about a $5000. Oo cradit card. Upon getting the details settled i was disconnected from the place after they took my bank information to call them bank, and never received a follow up call.

I contacted my bank and was told i could not put a stop payment on it because it was on the phone, i had to wait for it to become drafted out of my checking account. On Nov. 3 the money was indeed drafted and i got a telephone number to contact the company. Talking to a man named henry, he explained to me that i was to receive a empty credit card, telling him thats is not what i was told i asked hime to cancel it since i had not yet received anything and to please refund my money. He told me he could not do that. I promptly asked to speak to his manager and was told that the manager does not accept calls, the only way to handle this is to send a letter to him and request cancellation.

So i sent a letter at the same time batteling my bank and using their assistance in this matter. Never hearing anything back my bank contacted the company with us in the presence where the customer service rep. Would not give her any information on their address or whereabouts.

As i was on the phone a man named tom again repeated the same address as i had, and laughed at me and told me that if i filed charges that i would be the one getting fines. Then told me good luck getting my money back because noone has as of yet. That left me enraged. I have yet to recieve any money or goods from premium advantage and its now the end of december, and i have made many more annoying phone calls and letters to this general manager supposedly going by the name Jack Wilson.

I would like to participate in any way to see that these people see the justice that they deserve. Thanks. So please let me know if anyone has gooton any farther in this matter.
