United Platnium has an application process online which charges 149.95 and has a non refundable appication fee. I was in the process of filling out the application when I read that and I immediatley quit the application.
A week later they deducted the money from my account. I called then at 1-704-525-3880 and requested a refund but they refused me a full refund. They told me I had to pay a 59.95 dollar application fee. I didnt want to argue so I told them to at least put that in my account.
They told me it would take thirty days. It took them a week to take the money I never authorized to start with. I want my money back. If you can help me, please do.
