I currently old $3,600. On my account. Just yesterday I went online to see what my balance was and it was 3,500. So, I decided to call to see why my balance went up an extra $100 and I don't use the card and I have been making my monthly payments of $150 every month. I was told that they added the finance charges over night. I told her well I looked at the account yesterday and I paid $270 dollars on this account within the last two weeks. The customer service rep. Started yelling at me and told me the ammount on the internet was wrong because they had not added the finance charges. I was so upset I just hung up on her. (I still don't understand where the extra $100. Came from and I guess I never will.
