Ripoff their customer service reps are rude and uncaring my wife lost her job tried to refinanced told they did not work with anyone who had oakwood loan i am also disabled but i am tring to work these people do not care

Their customer service reps are rude and un caring. My wife lost her job due to illness we called vanderbilt and tried to get our mortgage refinanced, they told me they did not work with anyone who had an old oakwood loan. And now we are having a problem paying the mortgage. I am also a disabled person but i am tring to go back to work these people do not care about anyone

When my wife becaame ill and was declared disabled i called these people to get help with refinaceing our home. They proceeded to tell me that they did not work with anyone that had a loan with oakwood.in other words we were own our own. We are now 30days down and they are calling me and my relatives thearting us with foreclosure. They do dot choose to call me and talk to me they call my relatives and embarses me. I am tired of these rude and insensitive people. I would advise anyone to stay away from these people.
