Run Around with Reaffirmation Agreement. Mortage Loan Reported as Closed on Credit Report Bankruptcy. Can Wells Fargo Take My Home?

I financed my home with Wells Fargo in 1998.in 2004 I faced some major financial challenges which resulted to me filing Bankruptcy (chapter 7). Due to having one of the worst Attorney's in the state of Alabama, I paid him but ended up fighting my own battles with WF. When I originally made contact with WF over the phone, asking for directions on what to do for a loan reaffirmation agreement. I was given conflicting information each time right down to incorrect fax numbers (803-396 6076,6079, 6775,6779, 6900).

Information given by reps:

#1 Wells Fargo DO NOT REQUIRE mortgage.
Loan reaffirmations.

#2 I MUST have my loan reaffirmed before my case is discharged by the courts or I will loose my house.

#3 Fax my information to Ms. Gibbs (which no longer even worked there) go figure...

Within two days I made several trips to the local kinkos and faxed my reaffirmation agreement 4 times to someone by the name of Mid_ _ _. However, she repeatedly denied receiving my faxes eventhough I have each of my confirmation receipts from kinkos showing that the fax was successful.

Finally, I spoke with a supervisor and he insured me that a reaffirmation was not required but if I wanted to re-send the reaffirmation agreement again to ease my mind he would take care of it and mail it back to me. Okay you know the story... I still have not received the reaffirmation agreement and it has been almost 2 month since I sent my very last fax to the supervisor.

After making over 30 calls to WF from Aug to Oct What worries me so bad is... I recently reviewed my credit report and the account is showing as being CLOSED and in bankruptcy. As of August I have continued to make my mortgage payments on time. However, I am so worried that me and my 4 young children which includes a newborn could loose our home because I can not get my reaffirmation agreement from WF.in addition, I have been off work and won't return until Jan. This means my payment that was due Dec. 15th won't be made until the end of Dec.

I don't recall things every being this difficult in the past with WF. However, this situation has been down right awful.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE RECOMMEND WHAT I CAN DO OR WHO I MAY CALL TO GET MY Reaffirmation Agreement or some HELP???
