Premium Savings ripoff promised a credit card for a $299 application Fee and I never received the credit card the company is refusing to give a refund

I was promised a credit card with a high limit for a $299 application fee and the company never sent out the card. I've contacted the company several times and they are refusing to coopoerate I have filed a claim with the bbb new hampshire.
