Inc. Rip-off! Never send back anything, took my money

This company has promised me and guaranteed that i will make 800 dollars a week, if i send 38 dollars in mail to this address. I still have the bank statement shows that i have paid them 38 dollars in check. Well i have waited such a longtime for those stuffing envelopes, but never got any responds back. I am afraid that i am going to police report for this kind of scam. I am already for the lawsuit.
