On Jan 6, I wanted to purchase from SHAMWOW a product called SHAMWOW SET WITH BONUS MOP PRODUCT for $66.70, I had never finalized the order. Before I would submit the order, I went to the Amazon.com website to see if they had the same products: Amazon had the product for $22.15. I therefore ordered it from AMAZON, and it was delivered on Jan. 9.

I never submitted (Finalized) the Shamwow order and closed out the SHAMWOW website order screen.

On March 12 they sent me an email confirmation for this order 3 months later with an order number 20093303, and a charge of $66.70, and it would be shipped to my address. The shipment never arrived. This is an email address that I used only for purchases on the Internet.

Four months later on April 1 SHAMWOW displayed their GREED.

As I always do daily, I go on the internet to my bank, and Shamwow submitted the charge for $66.70 against my bank account on April 1.

I have sent 2 emails to SHAMWOW on Apr 6th and 7th about this issue.

There appears to be an address alert on this Shamwow company on the BBB.org.
