Ripoff Can't qualify for a house Thanks alot Eric & Greenpoint

Well I just found out that my EX filed bankruptcy on a mobile home we had bought in 1995. I went to pre qualify for a home for about 55,000.00 and was told I had a forcloser on my credit and no one in their right mind will help me. Can't say I blame them either. He was awarded the house and all its contents in the divorce but because I signed the contract on the home it fell back on me, Greenpoint never called me or sent any kind of letter saying that they were going to repo it.

I would have moved it down here had I known it was going to be repo'd so needles to say I'm Pissed about the whole thing. But thers nothing I can do. I've talked to many people in finance the only way I can get any house will be through owner finance or wait 7 years...
