Ripoff I am two notes behind they tell me however I did miss these but ask them to please roll them over I ask for help Dallas Texas

Im asking how can a company foreclose on you when you have ask to pay the interest on the two notes not paid and to please roll them over.

Also, have paid ever note since. I m up to date except for the two notes they show each time that I owe and still adding interest.

Also, I requested some help... Filled out all the info they sent me, in return sent check stubs, showing my salary, and all the requested things from them. As of today They have not acknowledged the received anything, however i know they did because I fax it all and got a return from fax stating the company received it same day I sent it.

I am in the process of trying to refinance my loan with someone else.

If any help can be given in this sitution... I would appreciate it. Thanks so much..
