Ripoff usa credit took 149.95 out of my account without authorization

They took 149.95 out of my account without authorization, and i called they told me that it was some kind of membership fee. Whatever. They also tried to take 179 out the same day. My bank has not done anything about it. This site has helped me though. Thanks. I will do what the instructions say. I thought i was the only one.
