9 years ago I purcahsed a trailer using this company for a lender, it has been nothing BUT a PAIN since then, seems to get worse by the month...
I get NO letter stating that the payment is going up & NO response or reason from them when asked about it. So much for a "fixed rate loan". I have seen some BAD loan companies before but this one takes the cake.
If you see this before you get a loan through this company, FIND another comapny FAST!!! It will make your life alot easier. I have never dealt with such RUDE epople before either & GOD forbid getting upset with them. They will just hang up.
In the future I will AVOID this company at ALL cost. I am in the process of refinancing this home, it may save my sanity as well. Wish me luck!!
