CBE has been calling me repeatedly, several times per day, am & pm, for over a month. Florida Statutes limit this kind of behavior, especially when you tell the Rep to "stop calling this number", which I did. After about 70 calls, I had the rep wait while I turned on my recording device, informed her that the call was being recorded and once again (3rd time), told them not to call my number. One more call from them and Morgan & Morgan, PA, have said they will get at least $5,000 for me via lawsuit/settlement, maybe more. Knowing CBE's mentality (blatantly disregarding state statutes), I think I'll probably get to collect.
