PFS refuses to allow access to funds - Investco Constl Cl A through PFS Investments Co

PFS refuses to update my account information by using stalling tactics, delays, contrived incompetence, and blatant lying.

First time, sent court ordered name change to them and letter asking them to update my account. Rejected. Reason: did not use Primerica Change of name form.
REQUESTED FORM from PFS reps on phone 4 times. Never received form.

Second time, sent copy of court order name change AND their stupid form downloaded off their website. Rejected. Reason: court ordered name change was not notorized. (funny they did not mention that before now...)

THIRD TIME: Had my bank make photo copy of court ordered name change, NOTORIZED, downloaded another change of name form from PFS website, HAD THAT notorized as well, just for CYA, mailed to them REGISTERED MAIL.

TWO weeks later, they say first time I call, they did not receive the court ordered name change.

Second time I called them, they said the court order copy was illegible. What notary public is going to notorize something that is illegible?

Third call, after receiving letter, they now say they want a CERTIFIED copy. I tell them to go F*K themselves. I am filing grievance with the SEC because they are denying me access to my funds and using this BS name crap as excuse to deny. My identity is also verified via SSN they have on file.

This company, Primerica, is CORRUPT!!!
