Barrington Capital Mortage
Ripoff violation of privacy, slander, unneccessarily ruined credit rating, ruined FICO credit score, did not contact me

This is an update to my original report against this company. The representative of the company has "resigned" according to his boss. I WONDER WHY? Could it be that he has released sensitave and personal medical information to the public that has nothing to do with my dealings with Barrington Capital? I have reported this to the BBB in San Diego, Ca. And got a response. However, Barrington has not contacted me regarding a settlement. My attorney says I have an excellent case and should it go to court I will be asking for much, much more including attorney fees and court costs. I don't know why these huge companies don't admit their guilt and settle the problem. I will inform "usacomplaints.com" of the developments in this case.in the meantime I would urge everyone to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BARRINGTON CAPITAL.

I don't understand why usacomplaints.com will not list my company or agent in the list to choose from.
