Ripoff by CCS

I was sent a notice that I had been approved for a credit line up to $6,500.00 by a company that calls itself CCS (actually it is CCA in a another incarnation). The card has First National Bank as the issuer and nothing else to identify it. I never signed an agreement for this card and believe that this is fraud and should be reported as such.
