Takes advantage of peaple in need of help. Threw misleading and false reprisintation

There web - site shows you a class action tort case. Whin you look for that case in court records it does not exist. It was never filed and is not pending or on the court docket.

They require a contract before you can speak to a so called attorney if you don't feel like this will work for you you can cancel the contract. That is there sales pitch I canceled the next day. They still drafted money out of my account 4-days latter.

There response to this was they forgot to cancel the draft and would take care of it and would call me back shortly. I called them back 3-hrs latter was told they were working on it. It was around 7-pm they called said the money would be in my account the next day.

I contacted the servicing company that they use (Meracord) there responde was the earliest time they could funds the money was 10-day but they needed a authorization from The Residential Litigation Group before they could do this. They had no records of them calling or authorizing this and could not refund me at that time.' THEY LIE, MISLEAD AND ONLY WANT MONEY
