I just received a mail from them saying I was pre-approved. Same as those who posted here. Skimming through the mail, I stumbled upon the "fee" of 37 dollars. That alone should raise a lot of horse stink.

If they're something else, let's say a catalogue service, people should still read thoroughly the letter before writing a check. They have a lot of "Disclaimers" underlining that they are not related to Mastercard of Visa.

Be mindful of the content and not be swayed by the dollar amounts offered.
